We return every year and have never had a bad experience. The staff always make it feel like family, and we absolutely love them. Brandon, one of the managers, is the best and goes above and beyond with customer service. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, and we enjoy having a bar and food on site. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and much better than what most hotels provide.

I arrived in town for business about five hours before check-in, with nowhere to go, and the manager kindly let me into a room early. That was perfect because I needed to study for a test. The staff really impressed me. I watched a little of the Monday night football game at the bar. It was quiet, with a good selection. Breakfast was free and a little better than I expected, with waffles, eggs, cereal, bagels, and more. I’d definitely recommend this place if you need to stay in Raleigh.

The room was larger than I expected and clean, and being able to connect my phone to the TV was great. The location worked well too, close to the arena and a gas station for late snacks. Staff didn’t greet us when we came into the lobby, but we still had a great stay. Would I choose this hotel again? Yes!

The day-shift woman from Queens and the manager who bartends at night, who said he’s 27, were both incredibly friendly. They smiled whenever we came over, were easy to talk to, and helped with anything we needed. Our room and bed were nice, too. There wasn’t much within walking distance, but getting an Uber was easy. We were visiting from out of town and stayed a few nights late last week. I’d come back. 👍🏻
