Brandon and Shawna at the front desk were especially helpful during our Thanksgiving and New Year’s holiday stay. They were informative and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Everyone on staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Thanks for the great service. I hope to visit again.

I’ve stayed here before and plan to return. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the kitchenette had everything stocked. The heated indoor pool was nice too. Breakfast was decent, though the sausage and tater tots were a bit overcooked. Shops, restaurants, and other things to do are nearby. The one drawback is the TV placement: only one person can watch at once, either from the bed or the sofa.

The pool was nice, but cold. Our room was really spacious, though cleanliness and finish were uneven. There were clumps of hair on the bathroom walls and in the shower, and the room felt both sort of clean and sort of dirty. Dried drywall mud was left in spots on the walls, which were painted with two finishes, some shiny and some flat.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe both inside and outside the hotel. The included breakfast had lots of choices and was great, and the price was very affordable. Check-in staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The lobby and my room were clean and pleasant, and even the elevators were spotless. I was very happy here and would stay again or recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
