InTown Suites Extended Stay Raleigh NC - Capital Blvd

I didn’t feel safe after someone I didn’t know knocked on my door around 11 p.m. or midnight while I was asleep. Another woman’s room window had been broken and her door punched. I wish there were more cameras than just by the stairwell and elevators. The front desk staff are nice, but the office was often closed early, and I wish it opened earlier or stayed open later. The traditional room could use work and the online pictures are misleading. I saw some roaches, though it wasn’t too bad, and the kitchen faucet was loose and the paint job could’ve been better. Wish my stay had gone better. 🫤

Spring made check-in easy, and Mr. Tony from maintenance was always around to lend a hand. The cleaning crew also worked hard to keep everything spotless. Dominici, the General Manager, runs things well and made sure guests were looked after. I was impressed by how much the whole staff cared. They made my stay comfortable and stress-free, and I’ll choose Intown Suites again when I’m back in town.

I had booked a two-bedroom, but when I arrived at InTown Suites on Capital in Raleigh, NC, the front desk told me only a one-bedroom was available, at the same price plus a deposit. I was frustrated because I had to find the deposit, but I managed to get it. After seeing the one-bedroom, I was pleased with how big and spacious it was. The front desk people are so nice and helpful. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a room with good rates. I promise you won’t regret it.

We left three days before checkout because the room conditions weren’t acceptable. It felt like a complete waste of money and left us very disappointed. The bathroom door was broken, the AC didn’t work, and the room looked nothing like the very misleading pictures on the website. The staff were very nice and helpful, but that was the only good part of our stay.
