I slept peacefully in a super soft, comfortable bed, and the room was spotless. Housekeeping deserves credit. I arrived around 11 pm, and Richard on Night Audit was kind, helpful, informative, and full of great energy. In the morning, Ms. Julia was just as warm. She didn't know much about tire chains, but she did her best to help us. The front desk team made us feel welcome. I loved staying at this Holiday Inn and would come back if I'm in the area again.

Sam at the front desk made a late-night check-in during the holiday week easy. I was worn out from a long day of travel, and her kind, upbeat manner lifted my spirits. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Sam was just as helpful when I checked out, including when I had to leave a day earlier than planned. I couldn't have asked for a better stay, and I'll book here for myself and my crew when we're in Rancho Cordova.

The view from the third floor was a nice bonus. Ms. Julia was so upbeat in the morning. She didn't know much about tire chains, but she was very kind and did her best to help us. I really liked the welcoming front desk staff and would stay again if I come back this way.

There were a lot of hairs in the shower and bath, but the front desk made a much better impression. Shy was exceptionally warm and professional. She checked me in quickly and thoroughly, greeted me as a rewards member, made sure my amenities points went onto my rewards account, and made me feel appreciated. She was the best part of my stay.

The hotel is very clean, and the night manager handled a reservation problem with empathy. They sorted it out quickly, and I was able to get a room. The staff have been amazing, and I look forward to coming back.
