Damaris made breakfast feel welcoming each morning with her cheerful greeting, and even puts fruit in the water. Daniela was patient and helpful when two employees of mine had credit card problems. She stayed on the phone with our travel agency until they were resolved, all with a smile. Earlier, Tracy had checked me in even though I arrived ahead of schedule, got me into a room, and suggested a great local restaurant. The staff at Residence Inn Rancho Cordova really made the place feel like home. It's peaceful and family-friendly, with free breakfast every morning. Thanks to the whole team for making the visit so welcoming. I highly recommend staying here.

We reserved a two-bedroom suite for three nights, but before we arrived the booking was changed to two one-bedroom suites. The email about the change had several errors, so I called to confirm it was legitimate. Our flight was delayed, and I asked them to hold the room for the remaining two nights. When we got there, they said the reservation only covered one night, so I had to rebook the other night. They tried to charge parking for both rooms even though we had one car, and now they've billed us for smoking weed in the room, which didn't happen. The rooms weren't fully cleaned. There was someone's sock in the entry and hair on the soap dispensers. The room door lock often stuck open, so the door wouldn't shut and my kids had trouble opening it. We went swimming twice: there were no towels the first time, and only two at the front desk the second time. When I raised these issues, staff said I needed to talk to a manager who wasn't available until the next day. I came back when they told me to, only to hear he wouldn't be there for another two hours. About the smoking charge, they told me to call back in three days to speak with a manager. It was a very negative stay, and I'd think twice before booking.

The King Studio was spacious and clean, and breakfast had a very good range of options, fresh fruit, and plenty of seating in natural light. I don't drink coffee, but my fiance said it was good. I called the front desk three times during the evening, at different times.

We came for a 4 day music festival, and the stay was amazing. The rooms were clean, and the staff were phenomenal, from the front desk ladies to the person making breakfast. Can't fit all the good things into a few words, but thanks again from our crew. I definitely plan to stay here for Aftershock2026!
