Four Points by Sheraton Ontario-Rancho Cucamonga

We stopped here to split up a long drive and had a comfortable stay. Priceline got some details wrong: the room we expected wasn't available, and breakfast wasn't included as we'd assumed from the search filters. The front desk upgraded us at no charge to a large top floor room, apparently a suite, so we could have a king bed. The hotel and room were clean, parking was plentiful, and there was lots of free coffee. We'd stay again, though Priceline may not always be accurate.

The location is great, but the hotel felt dirty and was loud. Hair was on the bath, floors, and even the towels when I unfolded them. The beds were awful, with peeling fake leather that had been painted over. I was first put in a room with a connecting door, and the people next door were so loud it felt like they were having a party with me. They moved me to a smaller, quieter room, which was better. I'd booked a king, but they were sold out when I arrived. They gave me 20% off, but I still would have preferred the room I reserved.

Kevin at the front desk made a hectic soccer tournament trip much easier. We were frazzled from the moment we left home, but he took care of us right away and went beyond what I expected to make sure our stay went well. We arrived with the kids for their tournament, and I’d recommend staying here. Now we're heading back to Vegas. Thanks, Kevin 🙏🏽

We had a really bad stay, and I wouldn't come back. There was loud music from an event below our room one night until 11 pm, then more music started at 8 am the next morning. Nobody warned us about either event, and the front desk seemed not to care. They had put a family with kids right above the event area. The desk staff were often on their phones or hanging out in the back, with little sense of customer service. The bar was another problem. There were vulgar, drunk regulars propositioning guests, including one who made a vulgar pass at my husband, and the bartender said they were regulars. One patron had a large dog that came up to us. When we arrived at our room, a man was lying in the hallway by our door. We told the front desk and they were nonchalant about it. I was shocked after reading the reviews before booking. Never staying here again.
