Sanctity Hotel Rancho Cucamonga, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The food was incredible: I recommend the short rib, and the ceviche and tacos I tried were delicious too. The hotel seems new, and everything was clean and thoughtfully designed. My favorite part was the fitness and wellness area. The fitness room had a large, clean sauna that was spacious and worked well, and the fitness center offered a good assortment of machines. I stay with Hilton all the time, so I was excited to try this hotel for the first time. If you’re looking for a cozy place in the Inland Empire, give it a try.

Virginia and Ryan at the front desk were especially welcoming and accommodating to me and my family. The service was stellar, and the rooms were comfortable, stylish, and very clean. We had such a positive experience at the Sanctity that we extended our stay by two nights. We’ll definitely return.

Ryan at the front desk did a fantastic job helping me and made the stay more pleasant. The rooms were very nice, but I had a few problems: some lights weren’t working properly, and the first room I was given had very loud music playing directly above it from the rooftop bar. For the price, those issues stood out more. I was also disappointed by the restaurant, and features like breakfast and streaming-speed Wi-Fi are behind paywalls. That’s why I’m giving it three stars.

Dinner at Durango was the highlight. The food was so good and high quality. I’m picky about Mexican food because my mom is a master Mexican cook, but they’re doing all the right things. The fish tacos and guacamole were incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the salsas were bold and on point. Sarah was our waitress, and Savannah at the rooftop bar was great too. The weekend breakfast buffet was wonderful and included with our stay. There were lots of choices, including birria, carne asada, lovely fruit platters, flavorful potatoes, and all the classics. I didn’t have time to check out the spa, which seems more like a new age spa with things such as red light therapy. I do wish they had a jacuzzi, but we got great value and had a 10/10 stay. I enjoyed my two nights here. The location was beautiful, in a great area with lovely mountain views. The staff were pleasant at check-in and throughout, especially Ryan and Virginia at the front desk. Thank you.
