The place had such a welcoming feel, and breakfast was delicious. Lillie was kind, and the decor was lovely, with lots of things from her travels that each had a story. We stayed after a football game in Manhattan, and this was just the right little spot for the night. We’d happily come back when we’re passing through, and highly recommend it.

We got a great room for a very fair price. The host was friendly, and breakfast was delicious too.

The owner was away, but her nephew looked after us really well, with good food and nice conversation. My wife and I stayed for two nights and celebrated the New Year here. Breakfast was awesome, and it felt like excellent value. It’s only about 20 minutes from Manhattan, and I bet the area is beautiful during the growing season. Thumbs up for sure.

The owner is a sweetheart, and this little house is so much better than a hotel. It’s fully furnished, in a quiet neighborhood, and has a pretty yard. You can walk to a park, liquor store, and a convenience store that really does have everything. Great ice cream too! Very cute place. I’m talking about the little house next door to the Attwood house. Totally recommend it if you’re in the area!

Breakfast was fantastic, and the room was comfortable and well furnished. The owner/operator really made an effort to welcome me. This is a wonderful, well-priced B&B, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s 20 minutes from Manhattan at the speed limit. You won’t be disappointed.
