Comfort Inn Randolph - Boston

I’ve stayed here a few times, and the rooms were clean. The towels stacked in the bathroom were a little stiff, so maybe more fabric softener would help. Front desk service was okay. Gill and another young woman greeted me professionally during my first couple of stays, showed me where my room was, and mentioned the free breakfast. I’ll take a rain check on that. I’ve only had one bad check-in, but my paid reservation was canceled by the hotel. I’m trying to get my money back now. We all make mistakes, and I’ll keep you posted on how it gets resolved.

The room was big, clean, and nice, and the breakfast was good. There’s a little gym, too. A big thank you to Azaedah at the front desk, she’s the shining star of this company. And shoutout to the AGM lady, who was very professional and friendly.

I’ve been to this location twice now. The rooms were spacious and clean for the price, and there was plenty of parking. Staff were helpful and thorough. Breakfast was decent for a hotel.

The location is great, but the price is much too high for what you get, and I wouldn’t stay here again. Rooms are only cleaned every three days. The person I got the room for was made to check out before the actual checkout time. I was promised a refund for a different room I bought but didn’t need, but they acted like they’d processed it and it never went through. I had to contact my credit card company.
