We’ll book here again next time we’re in town. The price was reasonable, the staff were all friendly, and the hotel’s location made it easy to get around. Our room was quiet, very clean, and easy to reach.

The staff were helpful and very friendly, and breakfast was decent. Our room was clean and extremely spacious. The shower had grab bars and a shower head that could be set at two different heights.

After ten hours on the road, I was worn out, and Tiffany’s big smile made me feel at home right away. The room was spotless and the bed was really comfortable. If I pass through Rapid City again, I’ll stay here.

The rooms have been remodeled and looked nice, and the location is handy for getting around. Service was mixed. The daytime front desk woman was pleasant all weekend, while the night clerk was okay on the first night and rude for the rest of the weekend.

We stopped here for one night on a road trip. Dust and dead flies were on the toilet and bathroom floor when we arrived, so we cleaned things up and went to bed. In the morning we found a large bed bug on one of the bedsheets. The front desk woman understood and was disgusted too when I showed her the photo. Hotels.com, where we booked, gave us a full refund. Finding a bed bug that size means I wouldn’t stay here again.
