Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Rapid City, SD

The room felt warm and welcoming, with the TV and lights already on when I walked in. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful. The pool, hot tub, and exercise areas were clean, and the kids’ slide was a great feature. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend the hotel.

The breakfast room felt much too crowded, with too few seats. It could really use more space and serving area, plus a few more food choices. What was available was okay. My room was nice and quiet, and the desk staff were very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the interstate.

I travel two to three weeks each month for work, so I’ve stayed in my share of good, bad, and downright awful hotels. Shannon at the front desk was a true gem, kind and clearly happy to help when I met her after checking in yesterday. Jade and Susie from complimentary breakfast were just as great. Their customer service was off the charts, and they’re the reason I’d come back. Stay fabulous, ladies! Country Inn and Suites is lucky to have you.

All the staff we met were kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was very clean, and breakfast was consistently good and well stocked. The pool and both hot tubs were clean too. My one annoyance was the mandatory resort fee, which supposedly gave us access and discounts for things we’d never use. I’d have much preferred to be able to opt out. Still, we’d stay here again.
