We stayed for over two weeks while relocating from out of state and waiting for our home to be ready. The staff were kind, helpful, and friendly, and they were accommodating with our kitty. The room was clean, and the shower stayed hot, hot. Breakfast was excellent and served until 10 am, which is late enough for people who like to sleep in. When family visits, this is where we'll have them stay.

The location worked perfectly as a halfway stop for our trip, and the desk person was polite and friendly. But the floors needed a good vacuum, and our pack and play seemed broken. The strangest part was seeing evangelical preaching on the screen at breakfast, then turning on the TV in our room and finding it on the same religious preaching channel. I wouldn't mind if that were the understanding for the whole Best Western chain, but I didn't think that was the case. I'm not sure we'd stay here with our family again.

The lounge was amazing, and the food there will blow your mind. Breakfast is included, and the bar rivals what you'd find at most five star resorts. The staff were friendly and knew their stuff. This property is amazing, easily the best hotel experience I've had. If you're in Rawlins Wyoming, do yourself a favor and book here. You won't regret it.

The front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating, and they let us switch rooms. In the dog friendly room we'd been given, it was clear the sheets hadn't been changed. There was someone else's dog hair in the bed and under the pillows, and the couch looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. I know it's a dog friendly room, but that's why we pay the extra dog cleaning fee. The next room was still dingy and didn't smell or feel clean. The toilet kept running even after we tried to fix it, and the fan seemed close to giving out. We left for another hotel. We're Best Western rewards members and were bummed.
