The room never really cooled down, and the bathroom lighting was pretty bad. The lotion bottle was almost empty, too. We’d come in hungry after a long travel day, expecting the bistro to serve until 10 as the website said, but when we tried to order at 9:30, we were told the kitchen was closed so the employee could clean up and leave by 10. We wouldn’t come back.

It’s basically just somewhere to sleep, with no frills. There’s no pool, wet room, or continental breakfast, and the rooms are nothing special. Ours had a small fridge but no microwave. Maybe they expect you to eat at the bistro, though the food was only okay and expensive.

We wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms felt old, and two cups of coffee cost us over $8. We were first put in a handicap room that had an odor. At first, they said we couldn’t move because we’d booked through Expedia, though we had gone to the hotel website. They let us switch rooms the next day. Apparently this had happened to other people too, and we still don’t understand how our booking ended up through Expedia.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, though they could use an upgrade. It’s a nice business hotel in a commercial area, right next to my company’s facility, and the service is great.

There’s a big lobby and lounge, and the gym is great. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the hotel has all the basics. Nice place.
