Stormy Point Village Resort

We visited Stormy Point Village in the quiet off season, and had a great stay. Our cottage was clean, homey, and well equipped. Staff were wonderful and answered questions quickly. The location was convenient for everything we did through the week. A great spot for families, and I’d highly recommend it.

There are indoor and outdoor pools, a peaceful porch, and I loved the whirlpool tub. It was easy to get around, peaceful while still close enough to reach everything quickly. It’s a cute place to stay, as long as I don’t own it. The buildings seem to have gone up fast, and the siding on the ones next to me was cracked. The bed had a dip and one side sat higher than the other. The mattress should’ve been replaced a while ago, though I’ve slept on worse. The hot tub by the pool didn’t work, and the porch door deadbolt didn’t work either. They’ll try to sell you a timeshare, just don’t.

Really beautiful facility and very nice for families and kids. The condo felt like a massive house. Staff were nice. The pool was a little dirty, and I went every day without seeing anyone cleaning it or removing bugs.

These are very nice townhomes with nautical decor and lots of free parking near your home. There’s a guard at the resort entrance, indoor and outdoor pools, and a pool bar by the outdoor pool that’s usually closed in winter. Check-in is at the clubhouse, which has a restaurant. When you pick up your parking pass, they may try to entice you to attend a timeshare presentation.
