Days Inn Red Bluff

The room had too many problems. The coffee pot was absolutely gross, the TV never worked, and the pillows were tiny, half-size kids' ones. The shower floor was brownish, and the walls looked like a five-year-old had painted them. Don't stay here.

We've stopped here five times, and the kids always enjoy the pool while the rest of us like the breakfast. It works well for an overnight off the interstate, even if it isn't perfect. Amber has welcomed us on every visit and made us feel at home. The staff are pleasant, the AC was already on when we arrived, and there's a water bottle filling station in the lobby. Most rooms have been refurbished, with new bathrooms and pleasant decor that makes it easy to settle in and get back on the road.

A good inexpensive motel option, with spotless rooms, nice amenities, very good service, and a clean, shiny pool. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choices and good coffee. The freeway location was noisy, and the outdoor sidewalks were really dirty. There aren't food options nearby, so bring something to eat.

Even though it was over 100 degrees, the AC kept the room comfortable, especially on full blast. I also liked having lots of TV channels, and it was very quiet; I never heard anyone next door or upstairs. The room was great, and the young man at the front desk was polite and got us checked in quickly. I highly recommend Days Inn in Red Bluff.
