Hampton Inn & Suites Red Bluff

We had a great stay and will absolutely come back. Daisy checked us in with a big smile and was helpful throughout, and she recommended some great places to eat that my family loved. We even got a discount at a nearby Mexican restaurant, and it was so good. The breakfast had lots of options, and there's a little shop up front with the sweet treats we crave. The rooms were perfectly clean, the staff were friendly and went out of their way for guests, and the front desk team were welcoming and kind. Thanks, Daisy, for the lovely hospitality. At 23 years old, Hampton Inn & Suites Red Bluff feels like it could have opened yesterday. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are good, and the whole property feels clean and cared for. The lobby is bright and welcoming, and the common areas are spotless. Its updated design still feels warm, and the team clearly takes pride in keeping the hotel up. It has a cheerful atmosphere and a like-new feel that you rarely find in a hotel this age. It outshines many brand-new hotels. I'm very impressed and highly recommend it.

Daisy at the front desk deserves a special mention. She kept the area welcoming and secure, and handled a couple of trespassers trying to get free breakfast professionally, so guests could enjoy the morning without disruption. The Hampton Inn & Suites Red Bluff also had an amazing hot breakfast, fresh and well stocked, much better than the usual hotel spread. Outstanding service all around. I'd highly recommend it.

Daisy made us feel welcome as soon as we entered the lobby, greeting us with a lovely smile and seeming genuinely happy to meet us. When personal circumstances meant we had to extend our stay, she stayed patient and never seemed annoyed by my questions. Her smile is contagious, and she always wants to help. Breakfast was good, the surroundings were clean, and the location was good. Thanks to the whole team, and to management for letting us bring our small pup. Daisy, thank you!
