Comfort Suites

I rarely post reviews, but I still haven’t heard anything about the refund that was promised. After we followed up, we were asked for a detailed receipt from the hotel where we relocated, even though the refund had been offered because of this room’s condition. We left that same night and found somewhere else to stay because the carpet had visible stains and dirt in several places, and the room felt poorly maintained and unclean when we arrived. The General Manager told the Assistant Manager we would receive a full refund for the room and the unpleasant experience. Having to keep reaching out for an update after management offered a resolution was the most disappointing part. I hope they address both the cleanliness and how guest concerns are handled.

There was a man hanging around outside our room every night, and my mom and I felt very unsafe. I can’t recommend this hotel to women. I told the front desk, but they didn’t do anything about it and didn’t seem to care about our safety. On top of that, the TV never worked during my five-day stay. I reported it every day and was told maintenance would come, but the problem was never fixed.

The location worked well for visiting family, so I’ll be back. The room was tidy and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were really soft. The heat and A/C both worked.

The property itself was clean, and breakfast was fair, but the room and bathroom were very dated and I wouldn’t recommend booking it. It was noisy during the hours I was trying to rest. The suite phone didn’t work either, which I only found out when I tried calling the front desk about the noise. I paid $321 for a night away from home and left disappointed and unsatisfied.
