I have friends with an apartment here, and I’ll be doing a little renovation on it. After last year’s Hurricane Milton, a lot of the area is still being rebuilt; some places are shut down, and many people have moved away after their losses. At night it can feel almost like a ghost town. The area is slowly trying to get back to normal, from St Pete Beach to Clearwater, and things should improve soon.
I had a great time here. My grandmother used to live in this place, so it means a lot to me.
Sergio’s condo has the best view of the Gulf. It was even more beautiful on a foggy day, when my ship was delayed and I got to spend the day with my best friend.
Great location and a pretty nice building. I didn’t like being required to scan my driver’s license and hand over private information; that should be illegal if it isn’t already. I didn’t want to offend my friends, or I would’ve turned around and left.
This is one of the Gulf Coast’s best-kept secrets. Many owners rent out their units, so if you’re from up North and want to try condo living before buying, this is a good place to do that. The maintenance staff are superb, every unit has a water view, and there’s access to the pool and a common room for afternoon drinks or morning coffee. It’s close to shopping, and all the fun things Florida’s west coast has to offer. Enjoy!
