Breakfast was the highlight for me: eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, and plenty of other choices, made a nice change from continental breakfast junk. After a long day, the pool and hot tub were great, and I saw a simple gym with a treadmill, stationary bike, and some dumbbells through the window. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and very pleasant. At check-in I realized I'd booked the wrong dates on Hotel.com, but they quickly found me a room without any trouble. I stayed one night on a quick trip from the Bay Area and was impressed. A clean, welcoming, affordable place in Redlands.

Being right by downtown Redlands and next door to El Burrito is a nice perk. The rooms are roomy and everything was in great shape. I like the hotel's style and atmosphere, and it's clean and comfortable. Staff are always friendly, too. Even the morning orange juice tastes freshly squeezed.

My coworkers and I booked the conference room for project planning, and everything went smoothly. The price was good as well. We found the staff kind, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. It's very close to downtown Redlands, so I'd pick this spot if I'm in town again.

Cindy, the General Manager, was especially warm and welcoming, and it's clear she sets the tone for the team. Every staff member we met was attentive, kind, and helpful. That made the stay feel easy and comfortable from beginning to end. A wonderful experience, and I highly recommend the hotel.

The pool and hot tub were well maintained, and soaking my legs after a long day felt great. Breakfast is half the reason I'll come back, and even with things busy, the kitchen staff were very nice. At least four different people at the front desk were friendly and accommodating; late at night they even kept a delivery for me behind the counter. Housekeeping worked around when I needed the room and treated my belongings respectfully. For the price, five stars. I'll definitely stay again when visiting if it's at least this good.
