Affordable, but it didn’t feel like a grungy, run-down hotel. The location made it easy to get everywhere quickly, and the rooms smelled nice and were clean. The pool and hot tub were clean too. Cable was the one problem, it was on the fritz, but the WiFi was top notch. 10/10, I’d stay again!

The price felt worth it for the clean rooms, good breakfast, pool, and hot tub, but the staff really made the stay. Every person we dealt with was pleasant, helpful, and went above and beyond when we needed something. The inside and outside of the property were both very clean. We’ve traveled a lot lately, and this has been our best stay so far. Next time we’re in Redmond, we’ll stay here again. Thanks to the staff for the excellent service, see you on our next trip!

The hotel is close to the airport and next to a gas station, and they offered a free airport shuttle, which I didn’t expect. The front office staff were cheerful and helpful, and gave me a first-floor room as I’d requested. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included pancakes, boiled eggs, fruit, muffins, and hot coffee.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly. Kayla checked us in after a full day of driving and gave us a really good rate. She was gracious when we asked to switch rooms, and such a pleasant person with exceptional service. The man watering the flowers out front was friendly and neighborly too, and Brandy was pleasant when she checked us out in the morning.
