The check-in was quick and the customer service was wonderful. I was there for two nights, and there were a few things I would have preferred: a TV in the bedroom and more than one bathroom towel. I planned to use the sofa bed, but it was FILTHY beneath the cushions. Since this is an apartment rather than a hotel, trash bags were sitting in the corridor when I arrived and were still there at checkout. I could also hear people walking above from time to time, though I don't know the STC rating of the floor assembly.

On my first visit, Kasa matched what I saw when I booked. Check-in directions were easy to follow, and there were lots of amenities. The place was very clean and organized, and the view from the 4th floor was amazing. I'll be back for sure.

I stayed in this well-kept apartment for a short business trip. The interiors were great and the rooms comfortable. I just wish the connectivity were better and that there were food options nearby that I could walk to.
