Holly and Steve, along with all the staff, are always kind, caring, and attentive when we stay. Holly remembers us and treats us like family. This time they made sure our room was ready and even left a lovely bag of birthday treats for me. The customer service at Country Inn & Suites is top notch, every time we visit. Thank you!

The pool was my main concern. It was supposed to be heated, but felt quite cold, and the water was so cloudy you couldn’t see your feet. I wonder if the pool’s structural design had something to do with it, but it was off-putting. Everything else made for a very pleasant stay. The hotel was beautiful, the staff friendly and accommodating, and our deluxe suite worked perfectly for the family. One TV was missing, but the staff brought one within 30 minutes of us letting them know. The two small refrigerators held everything we needed, although one freezer had a lot of built-up ice. Breakfast was good, and the staff member in charge was kind and helped my grandson get a bowl of cereal. The hotel was about 1.5 miles from the beach, making it quick and easy to get there. I’d definitely stay again.

The heated pool and good breakfast were nice, and the staff were so kind and amazing. Rooms were clean and spacious. We had a great stay with no complaints and would definitely come back.

The rooms could use updating. There were lots of nicks in the walls and paint, a big black mark on our ceiling, and the bathroom was a bit of a mess. The shower door didn’t move and covered only half the shower, so water splashed onto the floor every time. We kept asking for towels each day because we had to use ours to mop it up. The shower opening is beside the toilet, so getting in and out takes some maneuvering. The vent fan cover was falling out of the ceiling, and there was only one towel hook on the back of the bathroom door, no racks. The hotel is conveniently located near Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches, and most of the staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. Our room was fairly clean, and we were glad to be near the beach, but the rooms weren’t really worth the price.

Just off Route 1, the location is outstanding. The staff are friendly, and John at breakfast really goes out of his way to help guests. He makes perfect waffles, too. Our room was clean, the water pressure strong, and the towels new.
