Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bremen

The staff were friendly and breakfast was decent, but I was ready for our stay to be over. The first room had dead and live ladybugs all over it. I tried to manage, but my granddaughter is one and almost put one in her mouth. When I found one in the bed and dead ones on the bathroom floor, I’d had enough and asked to move. The next room was cleaner, though I still found a dead ladybug in the pillowcase and dealt with two live ones. My son couldn’t connect to the WiFi, and technical support never got back to him. I wish I had pictures, but I was overwhelmed and focused on my granddaughter’s safety. If they get the bugs under control, I’d recommend the place.

The rooms are gorgeous, and the staff went above and beyond with customer service. There are several places to walk to for food, and Walmart is just a mile or two down the road, lol. Great shower pressure too. Well worth the money. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Bremen, Georgia!

This place would get a zero from me if I could give one. The rooms were disgusting, smelly, dingy and run-down. It’s infested with roaches and lets people use drugs inside. The staff were rude. I booked through a third party and told them I had my service animal, which they legally aren’t supposed to charge for. They kept my deposit anyway and said I’d snuck a pet into the HOTEL. They refused to return it because I had MY SERVICE ANIMAL. My lawyer can’t wait to address this, along with my call to Wyndham Corporate. Don’t give this place your business!

The hotel and its rooms are small, but I found them cozy, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful too. I’d wondered about this chain for a while, so I tried it on a family visit and business trip. Now I get why it’s called Microtel.
