We rented their furnished apartment for two months and had a great experience. The location, building, and staff all get five stars from me. The complex was clean and very well looked after.

A good option for government employees or anyone looking for a furnished, safe place to stay. I took off a star because the men's dry sauna was out of order, and there’s no shared BBQ grill in the courtyard for residents to use.

The apartments are lovely, and the location is hard to beat. Our unit faced the inner quad, so it was quiet and got plenty of sun. Management was both capable and kind. A first-rate experience.

After we were placed in a temporary apartment at the Lansburgh for work, my husband and I liked it enough to lease our own place here. We’ve now lived here about a year and a half. In more than 10 years of moving around the country, we haven’t had a more professional, responsive, and helpful management and leasing team. Kevin, Ed, and Ricky have been especially fantastic to work with. The apartments are beautifully renovated and well soundproofed. The enclosed courtyard is a convenient, safe place to take our dog out, especially late at night. Maintenance and cleaning have also been phenomenal, responding to requests the same day. The team communicates clearly and treats residents wonderfully. We have to move again now, but we’ll remember that and keep singing the Lansburgh’s praises.

I left after just one day because the construction noise was extreme. Starting at 8 am, jackhammering and major garage work shook the building, and the noise came through the vents. I was told by their Airbnb rental company that it was short term. Not true! The construction at Lansburgh was going to continue until January 2025, but the noise had not been disclosed. I believe Lansburgh violated DC renter code by not warning short-term renters about it. When I complained, management acted like they knew nothing. Two other short-term renters also complained, but management told Airbnb nobody had raised the issue.
