This was easily one of the worst motel stays I’ve had. The room was filthy: the sheets were badly stained, looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned since sometime in 2024, and had a pile of hair on the top sheet. The floors felt like they were falling in, and the whole place seemed neglected and unsafe. The front desk person was extremely rude and showed no concern or professionalism. From check-in onward, we felt on our own. I’m not a snob and can put up with a lot while traveling, but this was beyond unacceptable. I’d have felt cleaner and safer sleeping in my car in the worst part of Pittsburgh. We booked through Priceline and are waiting for a refund. I attached photos as evidence of what they call a motel. This place should honestly be condemned. Stay far, far away.

Aside from these issues, it’s a great place to stay. For stays of 4+ days, they don’t come clean the room as they said they would. One night guy called this a 5/6 towel, but it only fits a child age 6 or under. It’s not suitable for an adult at all.

The place is nice for the price, even though it’s not a 5 star hotel, and the people there are wonderful. They did the best job I could’ve asked for. The manager and owner went above and beyond for my family and turned a horrible situation into a positive one. I’ll never forget it. Thank you for everything. You’ll never know how much you mean to our family.

The manager was very rude, and this was the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen. There was blood on the mattress under the covers, and I’ve attached pictures as evidence. It has to be illegal to rent rooms this filthy. Someone should report this motel to the appropriate agency.

It’s an older place and not in the best condition, but it was sufficient for the price. I didn’t see any roaches or bedbugs. The guy at the front desk was understanding and accommodating about my particular situation.
