The house is in a residential area, but Rehoboth Avenue and the boardwalk buzz are just a three-block walk away. It’s well equipped, with a home theater setup for watching and listening, a heated pool, an outdoor heated shower, and a kitchen with a Wolfe stove and Sub Zero refrigerator.
