I love Mariners Court and go there every year during the week of July 4th with my whole family. The condos are a nice size, and the pool is amazing. Being right on the boardwalk means we don’t have to walk far to get there. Love Mariners Court.

The location is tough to beat, just a few steps from the beach. Depending on where your condo is, you might have an ocean view. Mariners Court is also near Fun Land and other places to eat and have fun. I’ve been coming for more than 30 years and appreciate the improvements, though some things still need work. There’s building-wide wifi that works with IoT devices, a pool, parking for two cars, and a BBQ area. On the downside, some realtors representing condos are rude, and some units are dated. Ours this year had an old stereo with CDs, a small TV, and a Blu-ray player. A larger wall-mounted TV with a Chromecast would be better. Some condos still have squeaky old spring mattresses that can make for restless nights, especially if you’re a light sleeper. The pool needs refinishing, and some owners don’t put money into their property.

The condos are really nice and close to both the beach and boardwalk. I was disappointed this summer, though, because the pool wasn’t open while the other pools in the area seemed to be open with social distancing. The pool is one of the main reasons we stay at Mariner’s Court.

I’ve been coming to Mariner’s Court on and off since 1981, and this stay was mostly okay. The refrigerator had been duct-taped because its shelves were coming loose. The pool “lifeguard” talked excessively, which I think made people less comfortable going down there to relax. The pool opened around noon and closed at 6, which felt a little early.

There are 36 privately owned units, available to rent by the week through local realtors. The property has covered, off-street parking, and it’s half a block from the beach.
