I loved the room’s lighting, both the natural light and all the nighttime options for getting ready. The bed was super comfortable, and the TV was great. Downstairs, there were good snack choices and coffee, and the bar had fun food options at a great price. I had an amazing stay at Aloft Reno and would absolutely come back!

The staff were helpful and supportive, and the room was great. Jeremiah really came through when I didn’t have toothpaste of my own and kindly gave me some. That said, I’d expect breakfast when I’m paying over $120-$130. There isn’t a breakfast option, so I’d avoid loft in future. Breakfast is convenient and helps a lot.

Everyone was polite, and the staff were super friendly. My room was clean and accommodating, and the bar and kitchen had a great menu selection. The hotel is close to the airport. I was there on business for a month and a half. They’d put me in the Hyatt, but I wanted somewhere more modern and friendly, so my travel lady rebooked me back at the aloft.

The breakfast choices were incredible. They even had a plant-based vegan breakfast sandwich made with just egg and violife cheese, which was amazing since I usually only find oatmeal as an option at restaurants. Christina and Stephanie were very friendly and upbeat, even late at night when their shift was technically over. Great customer service skills! 👏🏼👍🏼

For a one-night work-trip layover, it did the job. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower hot. It’s not fancy, just adequate, like you’d expect from an airport hotel. The decor might appeal to a teen boy, and the bathroom layout seems made for solo travellers.
