Americas Best Travel Inn

For a week’s stay, the room was tiny, with nowhere to sit except the bed. I’d heard they did monthly stays and paid 395 plus a 100 deposit, then another 30 for late checkout. I didn’t complain about checking in at 4 a.m., and I was able to receive FedEx. The desk staff were very nice. The staff are great, but the location isn’t so good, and the Chevron minimart is quite expensive. There was a bit of drama in the parking lot, but if you mind your own business, it’s all good. It’s not the best or cheapest place in town, but for a bed and a roof it’s okay.

I’ve known the manager there for years, and she gives really good service for that area. Can’t wait to see her next time.

It’s a roof over your head, but a fire hazard. There was no battery in the smoke detector. The nightstand was nice for the telephone, I guess. Bring your own towels. Everything comes into the light. One good thing is Denny's is right next door. We won’t be back.

Super tidy and I always feel safe there. Visited a friend today, hooray.
