Having a full kitchen with real dishes and a full fridge made it feel like home, even though I was 2000 miles from home. It also had a regular coffee pot, not the k-cup crap. This place is clean and welcoming. I love this hotel. It's the nicest one I've stayed at by far.

We all stayed together here for my bachelorette party, and the staff were amazing. The whole hotel was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the amenities were hard to beat. The back patio was a really cool place for everyone to hang out. The kitchenette was great to have, and the room was big enough for all of us. Some of my family and the groomsmen stayed here too, and they all loved it. We'll definitely be back!

Over $1000 went missing from my suitcase in my room while I was at work. I spoke to the GM, who suggested I might have misplaced the money and asked whether anyone had been in the room. I told him no, sir, and that I'd searched everything without finding it. He said he'd check the door lock and get back to me, but never did. It's a nice hotel otherwise, but management hasn't handled my problem well. A police report has been filed, so we'll see how this plays out.

The morning breakfast staff were very nice, but the cleaning crew and management need to rethink what customer service means. A spider infestation forced me to change rooms, and it took over an hour. Nobody apologized, and they seemed annoyed that they had to move me. The place is disgustingly rundown and needs a complete redo. It ruined my work week, and I'll never stay here again. I highly recommend avoiding it.

Big rooms at a good price, and the staff were very friendly. They also host a social hour on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings with beer, wine, and appetizers.
