The kitchen was nice, the hot water was properly hot, and the beds had good mattresses. The apartments were well equipped, with convenient parking and a nice location. The grounds are pleasant, and the front desk people and staff overall were very helpful. I’m very happy with the stay, thank you. I’ll definitely come back.

We had a rib injury from earlier travels and heavy luggage from an extended trip overseas, so the extra help with our bags meant a lot. Special thanks to the front desk staff and Manager for making extra arrangements and going the extra mile. Everyone at the property seemed willing and able to help make the stay great. The rooms, bed, and well-equipped kitchen were great, and parking was very convenient. A superior choice for business or personal travel. Looking forward to coming back, thank you 😊

I appreciate how quickly maintenance handles things. Whether it’s a TV issue, door code, or something else, they sort it out without hassle. The grounds stay clean, there’s a workout room open 24/7, and they’re working on a spa area that isn’t open yet, reportedly with things like a massage chair. The staff are accommodating and understanding, and work with you when life gets tight instead of immediately pushing you out the door. That kind of humanity is rare. The units feel like apartment living in a hotel. Urban Suites and Hotel is renovated and well maintained, with studios, one-bedrooms, and, I believe, a few two-bedrooms that book quickly. They’re furnished with real kitchens, dishes, pots, and pans, which helps a lot on a longer stay. The price feels fair for the stability, comfort, and quality, especially compared with hopping between hotels while trying to find an apartment. Long-term guests can set a personal door code, and key cards are available too. My one issue has been the shower. The curved rod sits in a way that leaves the curtain too high to clear the door, so water gets all over the bathroom floor. I don’t understand the design and hope they change it. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, though. I replaced the rod myself and fixed it. I wouldn’t take off a star for that; the care, cleanliness, responsiveness, and home-like feel make this a place I’d consider for a long stay.

Brian was a gem throughout our stay. He greeted us warmly Saturday evening, offered two one-bedroom units after a walk-through showed some issues with the two-bedroom king/queen suite we’d booked for a trip with my mom, and later happily moved us when we realized the bed in our room was a queen and wanted a king for comfort. The room was clean, and we settled in. He also promptly brought a dishwasher pod when we asked and gladly granted a late checkout. There were some maintenance snags. The extra hallway blanket had holes and clearly needed replacing; I called after checkout to mention it. We had enough kitchen supplies for a short visit, though I was surprised there were no baking pans, and a large skillet would have been useful. The gym access instructions were confusing, and the morning staff had just started and didn’t know the code. One treadmill didn’t work, and another started catching after a few minutes, so I switched to the elliptical, which was fine. The dishwasher turned out to be broken too. Even though we already had checkout extended to 12:30, a maintenance man knocked at 10:40 to ask whether we were leaving at 11 or extending. Expedia listed breakfast, but there wasn’t any; we cooked anyway, so that didn’t matter to us. It’s clear they’re still working on things, and I might try them again in about six months.

We had an Executive suite, and the whole stay felt easy and comfortable. The staff were friendly from the moment we arrived and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a modern, relaxing feel throughout the place. The extra-large balcony and the views were a real plus. The location was close to everything but quiet enough to unwind. I’d happily return and recommend it for a comfortable, stress-free getaway.
