We booked because it was close to Nissan Stadium, but it was a huge mistake. The room looked fine when we first checked in, but then we found mold in the shower, dirty towels and pillowcases, and lipstick on the comforter. We decided not to stay another night. At check-in the clerk seemed unsure what he was doing and kept walking away from the counter. He said my debit card was expired even though it doesn’t expire for two years. He also had no change for my husband’s deposit and said he’d bring it to the room, but never did. When I went to the lobby to explain why we weren’t staying, another employee gave me a stink eye. The woman at the counter was shocked when I told her the shower was gross and the towels were dirty. As we left, a guest on the balcony above poured beer on my husband and spit on me. Save yourself and don’t book this dump.

I’ve just checked in, and the room is terribly disgusting, just as expected. There’s dust on the ceiling, the lamps are filthy, and the toilet has pee stains. The bathroom sink is leaking too. They need to pay attention to these things. I’m going to ask for my money back. I even had to get my own blankets and pillows for the car while traveling. Please don’t waste your time here. For $10 more, you’ll find something better, I guarantee it. Don’t stay at this garbage hotel.

The room had broken glass behind the toilet, a damaged doorknob, dirty blankets, and water on the counters when we arrived. We took photos of the damage on arrival and reported it at checkout, but the front desk clerk still refused to return our $100 cash deposit. He yelled at us and charged us for the pre-existing damage. We didn’t ask to switch rooms because he was disrespectful, unprofessional, and not accommodating at all. We made a police report for theft and called customer care, but their representative refused to help and told us to deal directly with the hotel. Both front desk staff refused to give us the manager’s name or say when the manager would be in. The staff were rude, customer service was horrible, and the hotel is in the armpit of the city.

We ended up staying all six nights because the beds were clean and there was enough hot water for all four of us to shower every morning. They did a quick clean daily, but the rooms need a deep cleaning. We had asked for a non-smoking room, but the first one was a smoking room with ashes in the AC unit. They said we were lying, though they did give us another room, which thankfully smelled much better. The neighborhood felt sketchy, so we never went outside alone, and we avoided the elevator because too many people who looked scary were hanging around. We booked online, but the price was $100 more when we arrived. Breakfast was cereal, cereal, cereal, and a muffin. While we were trying to eat, they rushed us and started taking food off the counter at 8:30, even though breakfast was supposed to be available until 10.
