I’ve been here over two months with my grandson. It’s quiet, and I haven’t seen any drug traffic. Room service once a week is great, though we do have a lot. The front motel has breakfast, and we should be able to use the breakfast bar. The people who work here are very nice and helpful.

The hotel is clean, but I wouldn’t want to deal with this one. Try Bellevue instead. My kids’ school paid for a room for me and the kids, but when I arrived, I was told to pay extra money that nobody had mentioned. Even after I paid what they asked, they kept telling me I owed more. The workers were useless and wouldn’t help, and some were rude. When someone’s in a vulnerable position, you shouldn’t make them feel humiliated or worse. The whole thing was ridiculous, and the customer service was nearly nonexistent.

My boyfriend and I always stay here when we vacation in WA. The price, location, atmosphere, and cleanliness make this hotel great. There was a kitchen in our room, too, so you can save some money by making your own food.

The location is so peaceful, close enough to stores but far enough away to clear your head. The people are really nice, they treat guests with friendly respect, and there’s always coffee brewing. I love it and wish I could’ve stayed a little longer.

It just feels old, and the smells alone keep it at two stars for me. The nice ladies at the front can’t make up for how much is wrong with this hotel.
