The room was roomy and clean, and the staff were both professional and friendly. Having a kitchen was a big plus, and for the price this is a really good option. The main issue was the bathroom and shower lighting, which kept switching off after a few minutes. That was scary while showering or trying to use the toilet. The engineer said the box needed resetting, and afterward it seemed okay, or at least better. Otherwise, a great place.

After driving about 800 miles over a couple of days to attend an event in Vienna, Virginia, my husband and I were glad to find such a quiet, fairly secluded hotel. The employees were polite and the rooms clean. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

I came to the area for a job fair and don’t know it very well, but this hotel worked out nicely. It’s in a decent location, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and fairly modern. Parking was a little odd but okay. I’d recommend it if you need somewhere safe and comfortable in NOVA/the DMV.

Check-in was smooth thanks to a nice, professional receptionist who checked and arranged a 2 pm late checkout for us as Gold members. The room was spacious and comfortable, the stay was quiet, and breakfast was really good. Both receptionists, at check-in and check-out, were great. The problem came after breakfast. My husband and I wanted to sleep a little longer before driving home, then pack around 1:15. At about 12:15, we woke to a knock from housekeeping. Omar asked abruptly whether we were checking out. I told him we had late checkout, but he looked through his clipboard in an irritated way and questioned who had approved it. I didn’t know which receptionist had checked us in, but I knew we’d been told it was okay. He then said they couldn’t do 2 pm and the latest was 1 pm. I was frustrated by his tone, but didn’t want to spoil the rest of my birthday weekend, so I agreed. By the time the conversation ended it was 12:30, and we had to rush to pack and get downstairs before 1. I told the receptionist at checkout that we were unhappy with how Omar spoke to us and rushed us out. Aside from that sour interaction, the stay was good.
