My son just rented an apartment there and showed us around. The entry lobby and hallways are beautiful, classy, and nicely decorated, and the place is quieter than the other apartments we toured. The renovated gym has a lot of new equipment. The residents seemed like better company than at any of the other buildings we visited. It’s as nice as the newer apartments nearby. In the end, it depends on what you’re looking for and who you want as neighbors, and this one wins them all! 😉 Photos of the dog park and gym coming soon!

I’m really happy with what Avant offers, from the cleanliness and maintenance to the leasing office. The whole team has been great, helpful, respectful, and welcoming. Kepher on the concierge team deserves special mention. He’s kind, always ready to help, and finds a way to bring out the best in every situation. He makes Avant feel like home. Happy to be here!

My family and I have enjoyed living here for about a year. We’re close to the metro, Dulles airport, and the restaurants and lively community at RTC. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. The leasing office staff, especially Monie Swadek, are consistently helpful, friendly, and communicative. We also really like Keisha, who works as concierge many days of the week.

My unit is comfortable and quiet, and the staff have been kind and accommodating. I’ve been very pleased living at the Avant and would absolutely recommend the building and area to young professionals.

My husband, dog, and I love living here. We feel really safe, and staff always greet us with a smile. KG at the front desk is one of the concierges, and his energetic, friendly, kind personality makes my day. He’s enough of a reason for us to renew our lease. Thanks, KB and the Avant staff 😊
