The staff weren’t particularly friendly, and the room felt very dated. Mine didn’t even have a USB outlet. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but I think I’m done here. I’d rather pay a few dollars more down the road for a more up-to-date room and friendlier service.

It’s beside the train tracks, but I had no problems with the staff despite the negative reviews. The water pressure was great, there was no bad odor, and it didn’t have that nasty cleaner smell you sometimes get in pricier hotels. For the money, it was nicer and cleaner than I expected. Excellent hotel.

In gorgeous Soddy Daisy, with mountains, trails, and blue holes all around, plus low prices, smoking rooms, and friendly staff. What more could a girl want?

The place was clean and nice, but from the moment we arrived the customer service was rude, and we felt watched like criminals. My family and I were minding our own business, yet felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. They don’t like it when you save money by booking online and try to make you rebook directly with them. If you have a service dog, good luck: they ask questions they shouldn’t ask by law, and keep watching your dog too. There was no breakfast. If you’re alone and just need somewhere to crash, it might be worth it. For families, it wasn’t friendly at all, and I wouldn’t stay more than one night.
