The planes were loud enough to bother even a heavy sleeper, which hasn't happened to me at other places near airports. Still, we'd stay again if we return. I loved the location, easy to reach by car or train, with just a short walk to the station. The room was nice and clean. Paying for parking felt crazy, though I found out that's common at Boston hotels. Olga at the bar was a real gem, friendly and good at her job.

The breakfast choices were great, but parking cost me $30, which was my only complaint. Another well-maintained Staybridge. I like this hotel series because the rooms are usually spacious and clean, and I know what to expect.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel looked attractive, and breakfast was good. The large window was nice, though the room lighting was poor. Service fell short: check-in lacked basic courtesy and any recognition of my IHG membership, and when I raised concerns, they were brushed off. The shower had too little hot water and pressure. The front desk confirmed a 1 p.m. late checkout, but housekeeping knocked at 11:15 while I was in a meeting. There were no Costa Coffee machines, which many IHG hotels now have. Parking was $30 a night.

We chose this Staybridge because we'd enjoyed our last visit to Boston, but the beds here were harder than we like. The worst part was a party right above us: loud music, talking, and stomping from 2:30 a.m. onward. I reported it three times, and each time the front desk said they'd tell the guests to leave. At 7 a.m., I could still hear them. By then, nothing could be done. We did enjoy the gym the day before, but if you need sleep and service you can trust, I'd strongly recommend another hotel. We won't be back.
