Crystal made breakfast extra nice, with thoughtful attention and the best waffles ever. The front desk also had our room ready hours before check-in, which we really appreciated. Everyone was so friendly. A great place to stay in Rhinelander, and we’ll definitely return. Thanks, AmericInn!

The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were wonderful. I’d mentioned online that I was in town for a medical procedure and that my car would be parked there before check-in. When I arrived, the room was already ready, so I could relax. One of my best hotel stays.

We wished we could stay longer. The place is kept so clean and fresh, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Pets aren’t allowed, which matters to us because a family member has allergies. The entry, halls, and room all smelled clean, too. One of our best stays, and we’ll try to come back.

The front desk staff were nice, but housekeeping wasn’t friendly, and the pool and hot tub temperatures made no sense. The pool was hotter than the hot tub, then on day two the hot tub was colder than the pool. My kids wouldn’t even swim. We were very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay here again. Spend your money somewhere else.

Everyone we met was helpful and really friendly. The rooms and the rest of the property were extremely clean and well cared for. I’d definitely stay here again.
