Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Richardson

The pork chop at the restaurant is incredible, definitely don't skip it. Charles in the bar and restaurant was upbeat and friendly, suggested great dinner options, and made a fabulous drink. Dan at the front desk was just as good, kind and knowledgeable, with a genuine smile that made check-in smooth every time. They both make each stay feel like a treat.

We moved here after just one night at a completely different hotel, under different ownership, because that stay was so bad. Hilton Garden Inn of Dallas/Richardson turned the trip around by being the kind of hotel you hope for, with people who care about good customer relations. The staff, the cleanliness, and the attention to detail all felt professional. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, and the beds and normal-size pillows were comfortable. Thanks for giving us one less thing to worry about while traveling.

After relocating, I spent 10 days here about a month ago, and the stay felt comfortable throughout. The rooms were clean, the mattress, pillows, and bedding were comfortable, and housekeeping was friendly and efficient. Breakfast is available daily for an added cost, and it was fresh. Rick, one of the auditors, made me feel welcome and patiently answered my questions about the Dallas/Richardson area. Dan was professional and gave excellent service. I met the GM, Ricardo, near the end of the stay, and talking with him made it clear why things had gone so well. He's an awesome leader with an awesome team.

The pool was lovely and warm, and the fitness center had plenty of free weights plus a treadmill. Check-in was easy, the rooms were clean, and service was great. The bartender was great too, but the food was trash. The pizza tasted like a lunchable and the wings were extremely dry.
