Barbara at the front desk greeted me when I arrived early on December 24, 2025, and let me check in ahead of time. She deserves 10 out of 10 and represented Hilton's “Hilton For the Stay” brand well. Later that evening, I noticed someone had been in my room without permission: water was missing from the refrigerator, my Hilton Honors bag was gone from the table, and an empty gift box had been removed from the bedroom. I reported it at the desk and spoke with Nakia, whose name I think I have right. I explained what was missing and asked for a manager. She said, “I’ve been here at the front desk and no one could have accessed your room”, and then said no manager was available. I work at a Hilton property, where there is always a manager available, even from another department. When I mentioned that Barabra had let me check in early, Nakia called Barbara while I stood there. Barbara told Nakia to ask whether I wanted to move rooms. I said no, because changing rooms wouldn't address the fact someone had entered mine without permission. I won't book at this property or any Homewood suites again. Our parents raised us to be respectful, but Nakia is not a positive representative of Hilton or its guest services. I would rate her 0 out of 10.

Barbara made sure everything ran smoothly at my brother-in-law's anniversary celebration. The food was nicely presented and well prepared, with a good variety that guests enjoyed. The banquet hall was clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up, and the lighting and décor gave the evening a warm, festive feel. It was a wonderful setting for the occasion, and I'd recommend it for a milestone celebration.

Barbara always greets me with a smile, and that warm welcome makes a difference when you travel as much as I do. She gives the Homewood Suites such friendly, thoughtful service. Thanks for making my stays pleasant every time.

The room was gorgeous and had a wonderful view. The TV wasn't working when we arrived, but someone came quickly to fix it. Now the air conditioner and heater aren't working, which isn't great, though the service has been excellent. Phoenix at the concierge desk was so kind and helpful. I loved her and really appreciated her.

Domenica made breakfast feel welcoming every morning. She kept an eye on the coffee and made sure people had what they needed before they had to ask. Her warm manner and positive energy made a real impression, and it's clear she takes pride in her work. The buffet had lots of tasty choices, from healthy items to more indulgent ones. The breakfast staff and the rest of the team made the stay delightful, and I'll recommend the hotel to friends and family.
