Budget Inn

Absolutely gross. A review from 13 years ago still holds weight. I'd say it's worth $15 a night, at most. There's still blood in the showers.

The manager helped us out when the first room felt too small for my little family, and gave us a bigger one. It was awesome, with lots of space and chairs, a table, fridge, microwave, and TV. It was a bit outdated but clean. I liked how accommodating they were and how welcome they made us feel. It was a really good deal, and we'll come back if we're in the area.

It's a safe place, but the photos make it look much nicer than it is. The building and room both look older and sketchier, with a lot of wear and tear. There was no air conditioning, and Google Maps needs to fix that. They were also having plumbing issues during my stay, and there were flies in the room. The windows opened, but had no screens to keep insects out. Parking is very limited. It's somewhere to sleep for the night, but not a comfortable stay. I'd pay the extra $10 to stay elsewhere.

There's no cool air from the AC, but the place is clean. I've stayed several times and never seen a single bug. I'd recommend it for either a short or long stay if you're on a budget.
