For $73, this felt more like a $40 motel. We saw a roach run across the floor in the middle of the night, and after that the room just felt dirty. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, but there were stains on the towels and sheets. The room itself was mostly clean. The price was higher than the online listing for my boyfriend and me for one night. The walls had mismatched paint, there was a bullet hole in the window from inside, and part of the floor was damaged. The shower head needs replacing, and the TV worked but the picture was blurry.

The man at the front desk was very kind and took time to explain everything. Our room was clean and smelled nice, and the heat worked well. Even after two long showers, the water stayed hot. We were there for one night. The pool was closed since it was October. If you need an affordable place around Richmond, this is worth checking out.

I’m here every week and haven’t had any complaints. The rooms are quiet and clean, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. There are lots of TV channels for a motel, too. McDonald’s and other restaurants are very close by.

It’s a simple, nice place, and the price is hard to beat. The people are friendly and accommodating, and the room was quiet and really CLEAN. I’d stay here again.

I spent 18 days here without any problems. The people working here are very nice and always help when you need something. The rooms have been clean so far, and the location is good, with good restaurants within walking distance. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in town.
