The gentleman at the front desk was polite and accommodating, and we had a good stay overall. For the price, I thought the room was exceptionally well equipped. I've stayed in motels that had only a bed and TV and cost more.

We got a free upgrade from the very friendly host. The rooms aren't brand new, but the value for the price was very good. I'd recommend it for an overnight stop while passing through.

I was only there about 45 minutes after checking in before I checked out. Within five minutes inside, I couldn't stop itching, so I started looking more closely at the room. It felt uncomfortable overall, and my service animal, which I was charged a fee for in cash only with no receipt, couldn't even lie down. The cleanliness was very bad. There was no smoke detector anywhere in the room. The door latch was a screw partly driven into the door for the latch lock to catch on. Bubble wrap hung from the AC, apparently used to seal a leak. Something had been splattered over the walls, with rag fibers stuck to it, as if someone had tried to clean it. The dresser and nightstand drawers were filthy. Some things may have been cosmetic: mismatched bulbs in the bathroom fixture with no cover, and a small wall decoration placed oddly to hide a paint mismatch. There was also no Bible. I should have noticed the huge amount of trash all over the sidewalks when I first pulled up, including syringes, marijuana packaging, and miscellaneous drug product bags in and around the property. I know an affordable room has value, but these rooms aren't safe or healthy to occupy. Very, very bad!

The location is great, but room service is only every 3 days. They don't provide proper blankets, and there's no coffee.
