The front desk team were excellent: friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Still, I wouldn’t give this place more than one star because several issues made my two-week stay frustrating. The two treadmills were out of service the whole time. I asked on the first day and they put in a repair request, but they were never fixed. Housekeeping also didn’t vacuum, which would have cleared away the dead bugs. Asian Lady Beetles were everywhere. My first room got so bad they were crawling across the ceiling. Maintenance never came when I asked them to spray and clean up, so I moved rooms. The second room was better, but I still killed four or five dozen during the week. I’m a business traveler who pays for the room and gets reimbursed. Unlike any other Hilton property I’ve used, this one charged my credit card at check-in instead of checkout, leaving me with a higher balance for longer. Staff said the GM who made that decision was named “Ketaki.” I never saw or heard from them about the problems.

Joy at the front desk, I think that was her name, was polite and pleasant to talk to. The bright, colorful chairs and breakfast tables gave the lobby a nice look. When I first walked in, I thought, “This is a very nice place.” I was impressed.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, and Sandre did a great job looking after breakfast. The selection was limited, but she added some flair and variety to it. We were in the area for business for a week, and the stay was pleasant enough that we’d consider returning if the price compared better with other local hotels. The rooms were just okay, with a few things feeling rickety.

Ms. Joy was so helpful and sweet when we arrived tired from traveling and spending the day at a state championship tournament. Our booking through booking.com, made three weeks before the visit, had us in a room that wasn’t the size I’d requested. She fixed it right away and apologized several times. Amazing customer service!
