Edgewick Inn

The truck parking layout is bad, as another review mentioned. Google showed lower prices than what I got when I politely walked in with my CDL, lol. A quick look around the lobby made it seem like a one-star, maybe two-star hotel. There are better places in the area for the same price.

The bed was really comfortable, and the room was clean. It’s about 30 minutes east of Seattle.

We weren’t in much of a position to be choosy after our serious accident on I90 left us barely able to get the car to the nearest Inn, but luckily this one had a room. The dog who greets you was one of the friendliest I’ve met and helped ease the stress. The rooms are a good size, it’s pet-friendly, and it’s tucked away from big city noise. Service was great, and I’d recommend staying here. My one small complaint is that a microwave would have been useful, since some warm food would’ve been nice then. I wouldn’t mind coming back.

We stayed here a couple of years ago because it was convenient and dog-friendly, but the rooms have deteriorated so badly that we won’t return. The mattress was badly sagging and worn out, noise from next door came right through the thin walls and made sleep difficult, and the hallway flooring was lifting and dangerous to walk on. The bathroom sink was stained and rusting, and the TV was small. The location was convenient and they do allow dogs, but everything else was poor.
