The area was noisy, with people shouting outside before 6 in the morning, and there was nicotine and marijuana smell everywhere. Our room wasn’t cleaned daily. The bathtub wasn’t working properly, the shower was hard to use, and the toilet overflowed when flushed. Not worth it. They need to do a better job with cleanliness.

I felt unsafe the whole stay and wouldn’t return. The room was basic and below average, with a sickening, flowery smell that made my family feel like throwing up. The counters were sticky, the sink was dirty, and the lighting was dim. The door made strange noises and there was a lot of creaking. The location was okay. The place looked neglected and dirty. You had to ring a bell to get in, and the desk staff member was barely helpful, bordering on rude. The office smelled like cigarette smoke or something else unpleasant. I’d give it 3/10: one point for middling service, one for giving us a room, and one for the location. I’ve stayed in much better places.

My extended stay was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful, there were plenty of places to eat nearby, and the price was good. The room was spacious, immaculate, and had all the conveniences. I’d return, and might try the jacuzzi suite next time.

I’ve stayed here a few times over the years, and the rooms are clean. I’ve never had trouble with vagrants or people causing mischief, though college students and homeless people are around the area. The location isn’t great, but there’s not much they can do about that. My only real complaint is that no one is usually at the front desk and the door is often locked, which is frustrating. Housekeeping should run water in the tubs and showers, or they won’t notice a clogged drain or water shooting out of the fixture. Overall, it’s been a good stay, and I’ll come back.
