The next morning I tried to ask the manager about my room. He said none of the rooms had what the website described, then walked off to the back room while I was still speaking with him. When other people came into the lobby, he started helping the person behind me. I reminded him I was waiting, and he threatened to call the POLICE and have me removed for trespassing unless I left. I eventually walked out. They let me stay for what I'd paid, then put a DNR (DO NOT RENEW) on my profile. I've traveled all over the US, and this was my worst experience. If you're white, stay clear. I didn't feel uneasy until I stayed at this trap house. Pay more for somewhere nicer. I was in town on business and paid for an “upgraded” suite. At check-in, the kid at the counter couldn't answer questions and seemed unsure what he was doing. The elevator and second floor smelled musty and moldy. My room wasn't upgraded at all: paint was peeling, the couch was stained, and the bed frame looked like it could give you tetanus. The smell was horrendous, so I went out and bought Glade plug-ins.

I felt safe here, and the location is convenient, with plenty close by. It’s cost efficient, and being able to check in around noon was a plus. The office closes at 7pm, which gave me peace of mind about there not being much late-night foot traffic. Charles and Ashton were especially welcoming. The lobby and hallways were always clean, and staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, even during off hours. I've stayed at many hotels, and this is one of the best Extended Stay Hotels I've experienced. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
My stay has been easy and safe, and I'm satisfied so far. I haven't had any problems that would make me leave a bad review. When I had an AC issue, the team moved me to another room, which I really appreciated. The general manager, Charles, helped too, and the maintenance man has been respectful and helpful.
The property is peaceful, quiet, and well maintained, and it really feels like a home away from home. The location is convenient and safe, with stores and restaurants only minutes away, which makes everyday life easy. I've been at InTown Suites for an extended stay, and from check-in onward the staff have made me feel welcome and valued. They're friendly, professional, and quick to handle requests. The rooms are clean and spacious, with what you need for long-term living, including a kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping keeps things spotless, and the front desk is always courteous and attentive.
When I got upstairs, I noticed an odd smell in my room. I told the front desk, and management took care of it right away and got me set up properly. They've been helpful, and I'm extending my stay for another week. Ashton was wonderful and helpful on his first day, and I really appreciate his effort. Thanks to Charles as well for being professional and kind, and for resolving problems so quickly. I appreciate Intown Suites being my home away from home.
