The front desk service could have been better. Staff seemed distracted when we arrived early and were told the room was almost done and we'd get a text when it was ready. We came back after the official 4 pm check-in, over two hours after arriving, and only then heard it was ready. Nobody explained why the promised message never came, and it seemed no one cared. Towels are kept at the front desk, so you have to wait in line for them. For a $1,000-a-night resort, not having towels by the pool is bonkers. The hotel's main area also needs a refresh. The beach is fantastic, the pool is fine, and the oversized hot tub is very hot. Our two-bedroom villa was fantastic, and the ocean view room still looked scenic from the side.

The property is top notch, and we would stay again. We had a renovated two-bedroom with ocean views and a huge terrace, and loved the steam room in the locker room and adults-only hot tub. We met several experienced points people who said this is their favorite vacation club, and it's one of my favorite Marriot Bonvoy vacation clubs too. A few things around it are disappointing. Palm Beach island is twenty minutes away, and the surrounding area once you leave Singer Island feels like a ghetto. There are few upscale restaurants or walkable amenities like yoga, barre, nail places, salons, or cute lunch spots.

Our unit was spacious and luxurious, with AMAZING VIEWS from a wraparound balcony overlooking both the ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway. The beachfront property is compact but laid out well, making effective use of the space. There's lots to do on site, though not much outside the resort.

Everything was clean and well organized, as at other MVC locations. The food kept this from being five stars. My wife's burger wasn't very good and the meat had no taste. My hot dog was barely recognizable.

I really liked this hotel. The rooms were nice, with a full, well-equipped kitchen and good bathrooms, and the beach was beautiful. The location and pool were great too. It isn't a true five-star or big luxury hotel, but for a reasonable price it was excellent. I'd definitely come back.
