Adam, the manager, deserves special credit. He was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in keeping things running well. His involvement shows in how the staff work together and how clean and organized the hotel feels. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the property was well maintained. The shower had great water pressure, and everything felt fresh. From check-in through checkout, the service was smooth and welcoming. Everyone I met, from the front desk team to the bartender and maintenance staff, was respectful, helpful, and made me feel valued. I had an excellent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Roanoke Airport and would gladly return. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting or passing through Roanoke.

A spacious bathroom, soft blankets, and a pullout table that worked for dinner or getting some work done made the room comfortable. It was decently clean, apart from a little dust on a shelf. The staff were hospitable during our long holiday drive to see family. Finding the entrance was tricky because the side road wasn’t well lit, and there was no fridge in the room.

Good location, and things were okay otherwise. Since COVID, though, housekeeping only starts on the third day, which is ridiculous, and the “restaurant” is closed at lunchtime.

I might have caught it on an atypical night, but the lobby was ridiculously loud until well after 11 p.m. and I was on the ground floor, so sleeping was hard. The rooms are pretty shabby and need updating. Service at the restaurant was slow too. Just not a great stay.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It was incredibly clean and quiet, and the front desk staff went out of their way to help with anything I needed, even after I’d checked out.
