Hampton Inn & Suites Robbinsville

The room was clean and the bedding seemed fresh, and the internet worked. For the price, it was a good place to sleep. The front desk woman was friendly at check-in. Breakfast was filling, though basic and the same each day. The room could use more lighting. The TV was basic cable with no smart features, and the generic remote wouldn't let me set HDMI for a laptop or tablet on a bigger screen. Its battery was low and it was dirty, so they replaced it with a cleaner one with better batteries, but that remote still had trouble communicating with the TV. The sink stopper was missing, so be careful leaving jewelry on the counter. There was a nice mini-fridge but no microwave to heat anything. We could also hear noise from the room above.

I've stayed here a few times over the past several years, and the front desk attendants have always been accommodating. The rooms could use a little cosmetic work where things are peeling or chipped, and some furniture is slightly damaged. I haven't had a chance to try the pool or, I believe, the exercise room. Breakfast is complimentary and usually changes from day to day, with hot items like scrambled eggs or small omelettes, a meat, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, freshly made waffles, and fresh fruit.

The staff were friendly, and I liked that the good continental breakfast changed its offerings each day. I stayed two nights, and the room was clean and quiet.

I arranged rooms here for guests coming to my daughter's wedding, and they were extremely happy with the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and nice, and they enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast. Patricia Lee handled everything during the booking process and was very helpful. I highly recommend the hotel.
